4. GPS & Telemetry Data

GPS data is collected exclusively from school transport vehicles during active route operation. We do not track personal devices of parents or students.

Data Retention Policy: Vehicle location logs are retained for 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Real-time telemetry is never sold or shared with external advertising entities.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use functional cookies required for session security and CSRF defense. Internal analytics cookies evaluate system performance without cross-site tracking.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not monetize or sell user data. Data is shared strictly with:

Authorized School Administrators — to coordinate daily student logistics.
Infrastructure Partners — payment processing (Stripe) and cloud hosting.
Legal Authorities — only when legally mandated by a binding court order.

7. Student & Children Privacy

SchoolTrack Pro operates strictly under contract with registered educational institutions. All student record processing complies with FERPA, COPPA, and applicable local student data protection standards.

8. Data Rights & Governance

Subject to applicable regulations, individuals possess the right to:

Access their stored account records
Correct any inaccurate personal details
Request deletion of non-mandatory account data
Export student transport history in standard format
