SchoolTrack Pro — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SchoolTrack Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

SchoolTrack Pro provides a B2B SaaS platform for school transportation and fleet management, including:

Real-time GPS tracking of school transport vehicles
Fleet management tools for educational administrators
Parent notifications and mobile tracking applications
Driver management and route optimization tools
Analytics and reporting operational dashboards

3. User Accounts & Organization Roles

You must provide accurate, current, and complete organizational information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your institutional account.

Administrative Notice: Each school must designate at least one primary School Administrator responsible for managing institutional data, driver verification, and user access control.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service is offered under tiered commercial subscription plans (Free Trial, Basic, Premium, Business). Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Free Trial: 14 days, no credit card required to begin
Plan changes take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle
Cancellation requests must be submitted 7 days prior to renewal

5. Data Governance & Privacy

Student privacy is our highest priority. All vehicle telemetry, student data, and guardian contact details are protected under our Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to:

Track individuals or assets without proper legal authorization
Share administrator or staff credentials with unauthorized parties
Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the software platform
Use telemetry data for non-school transportation purposes

7. Service Level & Limitation of Liability

SchoolTrack Pro delivers GPS tracking services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for third-party cellular network failures or localized satellite obstruction that may temporarily affect tracking accuracy.
